What materials do you use in your bedding?
We work with TENCEL™ Lyocell, Bamboo, Cotton Muslin and Percale for bed linen; genuine Duck and Goose Down alongside TENCEL™ and AIR-FILL® fiber for duvets and pillows; and natural latex, fabric, leatherette and solid walnut wood for beds and mattresses. Every material is chosen for feel and breathability, not just appearance.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. For deliveries outside these regions, please get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the product and your location. Larger furniture pieces, like beds, may take a little longer — the exact delivery window for this product is shown above the Add to Cart button.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order under EU consumer protection law, without needing to give a reason.
How do I know which mattress or duvet is right for me?
It depends on how you sleep. For mattresses, side sleepers generally prefer a softer feel while back and stomach sleepers do better with firmer support — our hybrid latex-and-pocket-spring range adapts across that whole spectrum. For duvets, TENCEL™ and lighter fills suit warmer sleepers and summer months, while our genuine down duvets are built for real winter warmth.
Are your materials certified or sustainably sourced?
Yes, where it matters most — our down-filled duvets carry Down Pass certification for responsible, traceable sourcing, and our Bamboo bedding is OEKO-TEX certified. We favor natural and sustainably produced fibers throughout the collection.
Do you offer full bedroom sets, or can I buy individual pieces?
Both. You can shop complete bedding sets for a coordinated look, or mix and match individual duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets, duvets, and pillows to build exactly what you want.
