Many of our beds and mattresses are made to order or shipped via freight carrier for larger items. A 50% deposit at checkout secures your order and production slot, with the remaining balance due shortly before delivery or upon handover to the carrier. This applies to PayPal, bank transfer, and standard Visa/Mastercard payments.

No. All payment methods listed on this page, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer, are free of surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

For credit card and PayPal, the charge (or deposit, where applicable) is processed immediately upon completing your order. For bank transfer, your order is confirmed once we receive your payment. For purchase on invoice, you're only charged after receiving your goods.

If your order hasn't shipped or entered production yet, contact our customer service and we'll do our best to update your payment method. Once a deposit has been charged, changes to the remaining balance's method may still be possible on request.

All prices and charges are processed in Euro (EUR). If your card or PayPal account is denominated in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

No. You can check out as a guest using your existing PayPal account. Once available, Amazon Pay will work the same way, letting you check out using your Amazon-stored payment details without creating a separate account with us.
