The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, France, Belgium, Luxembourg.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Shipping costs vary by item and are shown on the relevant product page and in your cart before checkout.

Small parcel items: Most smaller items (e.g. bedding, pillows, throws) are shipped as standard parcels. The exact shipping cost is calculated per item and quantity ordered, and displayed before you complete your order. This applies equally to deliveries within Germany and to Austria, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Bulky goods (freight forwarding): For bulky items (e.g. beds, mattresses) shipped via freight forwarding, shipping costs are calculated individually per item and range from 120.00 € to 325.00 € depending on the item. The exact amount is shown on the relevant product page and in the cart before checkout. This applies equally to deliveries within Germany and to Austria, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery exclusions: Islands and hard-to-reach or remote areas may be excluded from delivery via freight forwarding due to logistical constraints. If your delivery address falls within an affected area, we will contact you before dispatch to explore an individual solution or to cancel the order.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, delivery of goods in stock shall be made within 7–14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment is agreed, from the date of the payment instruction), regardless of destination country.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery unless another agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For sealed hygiene items (e.g. mattresses with the seal removed), the right of withdrawal may be limited. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
